Anthony Robbins Foundation- Ambassador Application

Congratulations on making the decision to take charge of your destiny! The Anthony Robbins Foundation team is committed to supporting you in getting the most from this program, and the following information will help us tailor our program to your specific needs, desires and goals. For consideration, all information must be completed in its entirety.

Requirements for acceptance to Global Youth Leadership Summit:
- 14-17 years of age

- First time participant
- Good academic standing

- Fax a copy of birth certificate and a letter of recommendation to: 858-653-5286 reference: Global Youth Leadership Summit Ambassador applicant
- Complete 15 minute phone interview
- Completed 20 hours of community service in the past year
-Materials Fee:* If accepted to Global Youth Leadership Summit there will be a Materials fee of $500.00.

Room and Board will be provided.

Each student will be responsible for transportation to and from Global Youth Leadership Summit.

*The Materials Fee associated with this event directly covers the cost of materials being used in conjunction with Global Youth Leadership Summit.

Thank you- your application will not be considered complete until we recieve a letter of recommendation and age verification. Once all 3 documents have been recieved we will contact you to schedule a 15 minute phone interview.
