Anthony Robbins Foundation - Global Youth Leadership Summit, Youth Leader Interest Form

Anthony Robbins Foundation GYLS Youth Leaders are selected from previous year's Alumni participants. To be considered please fill out the following interest form. Please take the time to read the interest form requirements in their entirety to ensure all requirements are met.

Requirements:

Arrive on the 1st day and leave on the last day.
16-20 years of age
Submit a copy of age verification* - Click here to upload files to us.
Submit a letter of recommendation from one of your Alumni peer group* - Click here to upload files to us.
Attended Global Youth Leadership Summit as an Alumni in a previous year
Completed 20 hours of community service in the past year

Materials Fee: ** If accepted to Global Youth Leadership Summit your materials fee will be waived and Room and Board wil be provided to you at no charge.
Each student will be responsible for transportation to and from Global Youth Leadership Summit. **

***please note that if you are a legal adult (18 years of age) you must complete a background check to comply with laws in the USA with respect to working with minor children.

If you have a background check completed during the 2012 calendar year you can click here to upload files directly to us.
If you are in need of a background check and you are USA citizen, please send an email requesting the background check procedure information to: GlobalYouthLeadershipSummit@anthonyrobbinsfoundation.org. We will send you information connecting you directly to Moore Information Services. There will be a charge for the background check (generally under $50) paid directly to Moore Information Services.

If you are a non-USA applicant in need of a background check, please contact Moore Information Services directly at 310-802-7300 ext. 2012 to let them know you are in need of a background check for the Anthony Robbins Foundation Global Youth Leadership Summit. They will work directly with you and advise you of the cost as it pertains to your home country.

By submitting the interest form you understand that Youth Leaders will be selected based on the level of leadership shown during the Alumni year, the recommendation of their Team Leader and peer Alumni group, and the information submitted on this form.

Up to 20 Youth Leaders and 2 alternates will be selected from all interest forms submitted. Should you not be accepted, you have the opportunity to re-apply next year.
